Obtaining Emirates Id within 24 Hours

The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security offers an expedited service called ‘Fawri’ to acquire an Emirates ID card within 24 hours. This service can be availed of by UAE nationals and GCC nationals residing in the UAE for the 

  1. first-time registration, 
  2. renewal of expired cards, or 
  3. for lost or damaged cards. 

The regular fees apply along with an additional fee for the urgent service.
